1. Saya mendapatkan pengertian manner itu tata krama/cara berperilaku seorang makhluk hidup. Ada 5S+2T yaitu "senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun+toleransi dan tanggung-jawab". Semua point itu sangat penting bagi keseharian kita khususnya saat bertemu dengan orang lain seperti murid, kakak kelas, bahkan master.
2. Menurut saya, manner sangat membantu komunikasi baik itu sekedar senyuman saat tidak dapat bertegur sapa, atau mempererat hubungan yang baru saja bertemu.
3. Kelebihannya adalag memiliki hubungan yang baik, yang awalnya baru kenal menjadi nyaman, dan mempererat silahturahmi.
4. Satu-satunya menjadi tindakan saya adalah menegur mereka dengan baik, mungkin sedikit ajakan mengerjakan diluar, intinya komunikasi antara pihak satu dan pihak kedua, dst.
5. Menurut saya penyitaan sementara apa yang orang tersebut miliki(yang sangat menjadi keinginannya), lalu disibukkan dengan tugas yang positive.
