1. What are productive fall outdoor exercises for those of us in areas where it snows?
I think the winter exercises are a good way to obtain the best results with your training. I said that because the cold weather let you to have more success with the exercises. You can dress up in the winter to feel more comfortable so you can have the best performance. If the weather is hot, you will not able to run the same distance, as you would in the winter. During the winter time and when it snows, you can perform exercises such as Squats, jogging, jumping jacks, burpees, jump squats and running in place. It would be great idea to have some kettle bells or weights. If you don't have weights than grab a book bag or something you can put shoes in=weight. Jump rope is a great exercise, if you don't have a jump rope than fake like you do. Constant moving in the winter time burns more calories. Note: always add ice to your water to shed more pounds.

2. What are the benefits of Yoga?
I tell my clients all the time. Stress causes belly fat. If you can relieve stress thats 80% of your battle. Yoga reduces stress and anxiety to the body. You can perform at your highest level. Yoga also helps you to improve mental and physical strength. There are many different styles of yoga out there. Make sure you understand which one is best for your body.

3. Can sit ups alone create a six-pack?
No it can't. You must perform variety of exercises that works your core such as turkish get-ups, jump ropes, punching bag, planks and V-ups and lateral V-ups.
Abs are the hardest part to target. Everyone man/women needs to use resistance to target their abdominals and a clean eating meal plan to shed the weight.

4. Why is Omega 3 Fish Oil important when it comes to getting healthy?
The reason why Omega 3 Fish Oil is important because they help with your normal development of growth. Taking omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil can lower blood pressure and triglyceride levels. You can also get Omega 3 fatty acids from, tuna, sardines, salmon and cod liver, flaxseed, walnuts and soybeans.

5. When exercising, what is my target heart rate?
Well this depends on your current weight. Your target heart rate for someone who barely exercises as much should be at 50 to 65% and someone who works out on a regular basis should be 60 to 75%.

6. Besides running, what are some great exercises not requiring the use of gym equipment?
Wow, There are so many to choose from. Many of us can think the only way to have great workout is by using gym equipment. Don't get me wrong, I totally believe in weights 100%. but most of us adults don't have that option. Here are some exercises you can perform without equipment. Walking up and down steps, swimming, biking, roller blading and hiking. Some other core exercises you can perform are jump squats, lunges, stationary twist, squats, high knees and sit ups. These different type of exercises and movements can help you to burn body fat but also help you to build some lean muscle.

7. Is it true that eating after 8 p.m. makes you put on pounds?
Well this all depends on your body structure and what your looking for. All you have to worry about is try not to eat your last right before bed. Give yourself at least 2 to 3 hours before bed time. it's never good to have food in your stomach when you sleep, then the body stores that in fat. What happens is that your body slows down burning calories during the calm hours of the day, which depending on your lifestyle is probably in the evening. This means that if you eat during the calm hours, or in the evening, your body is more likely to store fat than reduce it.

8. How do you lose weight from your inner thighs?
This is great. Every women wants to no what to do to lose the fat in their inner thighs. Well here it is, Its called a plie squats. There a little different from regular squats but they work great to target that certain area. I would say do about 4 sets of 15 and rest for 45 seconds in between each set. Perform this certain type of squat at least three times a week to see a change.

9. What exercises can be performed during pregnancy?
There are many different types of exercises you can perform during pregnancy are basic squats. Keep your hands in front of you. Another exercise is called backward lunges and shoulder press with bands. Don't use to much weight during pregnancy. You have time to use the weights once you have the baby. Another basic great exercise during pregnancy is called "the bird dog". Opposite arm and opposite leg come up at the same time. This helps maintaining your core and strength.

10. How much exercise do children need on a daily basis?
Children should perform at least 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity, which should include: Running, jumping, sports. Kids need flexibility, endurance, strength
