ACT1:恐怖分子潛伏電視台大型戶外節目打算散佈病毒, 因兄亂入導致節目終止, 散佈計畫取消, 恐怖組織頭目與兄打照面
ACT2:恐怖組織PlanB於各學校散佈病毒, 妹目睹同學變喪屍互殘, 大受打擊, 躲於儲物間嚎哭, 組織頭目注意到妹似有驅趕喪屍能力,對妹有戒心
ACT3:全城崩壞,喪屍追趕兄妹,期間妹疑似被咬,危亂中大哥出現救二人
ACT4:大哥救二人至鄉間兒時老家避難,大哥揭露有份研究病毒(老家藏有其外帶研究資料),向兄妹解說病毒及喪屍特質,為妹提供低成功率治療,忐忑中渡過一晚
ACT5:組織頭目率喪屍大軍趕至欲除去妹,牢城戰,大哥犧牲,兄受感染變喪屍受頭目控制,頭目借兄手欲扼殺妹,妹自覺己錯甘死於兄手,但政府特種兵以奇效武器攻入,頭目劫持妹與特種兵領隊對持
ACT6:恐怖組織頭目劫持妹與特種兵領隊對話,揭露二人俱是病毒研究相關人員,而病毒原於植物人姊,妹免疫且有操控喪屍能力,組織頭目欲殺妹以控喪屍,政府欲生擒妹研究
ACT7:特種兵成功殺頭目捉妹,欲燒燬喪屍兄,妹發難覺醒成喪屍王驅趕特種兵,喪屍兄恢復意識
ACT8:喪屍兄穿上其父生前乾濕褸(不合身),用其姊頭髪定型膠(姊兒時曾用之戲弄弟),妹則穿上母生前為其準備之浴衣,打算去打大佬救姊...(夢醒...)
