As per your talks with Mr Rajesh,
Please find the final sort of requirement..
- we would be needing 12 TPH, 45 bar, 450 C boiler.
- we have load in 5 factories which sum up to about 11 T
- we would be running min load of 6 TPH, and Max of 11 T
- we would need power of about 600KW to 1150KW ( net power ) at the running time
- there will be times, when steam requirement will be 8-9TPH, and power required would be only 500-600 KW, so we would need PRDS system to bypass the extra steam from the turbine inlet.
- there will be times, when steam requirement will be 6-7 TPH, and power required will be 800 KW, (though the chances are less ) , but we would need a provision for the same.
- i heard, there are two options,
a. back pressure turbine with dump condensate
b. extraction condensing turbine with condensate.
Please send us the details for the same.
