Pemain quidd terdiri dari chaser, beater, keeper dan seeker.
Chaser, tugasnya menangkap quaffle. Caranya dengan menjawab soal perkalian. Titik untuk desimal. Koma untuk ribuan.
Beater, tugasnya menangkap bludger. Caranya dengan menjawab tebak-tebakan satwa gaib. Lamanya waktu ditentukan dengan broom.

Comet 180 : 8 menit
Swiftstick : 9 menit
Keeper, tugasnya menjaga gawang. Keeper sendiri digunakan saat bludger dan quaffle dipegang pada team yang sama. Caranya, nanti mereka berdua (keeper dan chaser lawan) akan diberi beberapa pilihan. Jika jawabannya sama, maka keeper berhasil menghadangnya. Jika tidak, team lawan berhasil menghasilkan sebuah gol dengan nilai 10 point.
Seeker, tugasnya sudah pasti mendapatkan golden snitch. Caranya dengan membobol akun/menjawab clue. Tidak ada batasan dalam menebak. Selain itu, snitch akan dikeluarkan pada 45 menit sebelum pertandingan berakhir. Jika ada tim yang mendapatkan snitch, tim itu dinyatalan menang. Karena poinnya 150.
