Axle end cap:
- SKF mass (slightly less, negligible change) (8.41 kg)
- C444, C450, C360, C350/1/2/3/4, C380, C185 (30*4*8)+(37*4*8)+(10*4*8)+(10*4*8)+(21*4*8)+(45*5*8)+(127x4*8)+(22*3*8)+(16*4*8)+(51*3*8) = 11584 axle end caps Siemens Desiro Classic UK platform (185 is also), also used extensively across the world
WSP clip (lower bracket):
- SF5000 bogie variations
- Service history from build on C360, C350/1/2/3/4
- Assumed ~30% of the axles ends have WSP clip on them
- SF5000 DMU bogies
- Mass 0.86 kg (total including bolts) - 0.5 kg for the strap
- Holds the same cable same form, fit and function.
1. Update existing bolt calculation, bolt experiencing load at 50g (change this to 70g and add both together somehow)
2. Bolted joint pattern calculation (show the image to gpt, draw in force and depth), show depth and the total force (cap 8.41kg + cable 1 0.35kg + cable 2 0.35kg, CofG from edge)
4. For huge factor of safety at stress, therefore fatigue calc isn't needed
5. Fill the bolt loads and bolt grades into the bolted joint calcs (from Rajesh's calculations)
82 depth, end cap mass. 0.35 kg pull load
Structural Assessment questions:
OTMR mass, I calculate as 15kg A2V00002188127 (from 350/4 TRM OTMR, image in onenote), but I have (-7.6 kg OTMR) in calc spreadsheet

Before 3rd unit comes in:
- Create a Jig which goes from bottom of floor plank to 3x boss holes (for 2nd unit) - top of floor to bottom of channel is 82-83 mm
x - Grab Pole Hole - Dispensation fix
x--- Note the Browns fastener photo DIN 912 M8x25 used for grab pole incorrect hole filling
x--- Grab Pole dispensation fix (DIN 912 M8x25 browns fasteners photo + Loctite 222 + counterbore hole 14 mm wide, 10 mm deep)

Changes to Mass & CofG calculation doc (next rev):
- Cover sheet - Mass Calcs according to EN 15663 (not EN 13103-1) The mass according to EN 13103-1 is not specified as “MND”. MND load case is solely specified in EN 15663. Calculate average standing area (210 kg - 350 kg), should be 280 kg average
- Update formula for Original MXD DMOS1 tab (missing last row in total formula)
- Lateral CofG mm formula linking to wrong cell (comes out as 0)
