A pizza and a burrito can be made with similar ingredients, but they look completely different. A pizza is a round, flat piece of dough, seasoned with usually tomato and cheese, and then some toppings of choice, then put into the oven to bake. A burrito starts with a thinner piece of dough, called a tortilla, then used to wrap up a number of cooked goods, such as cheese, meat, and fresh vegetables are also commonly found in them. After being wrapped up in to a cylinder, it is ready to eat, or then baked lightly a final time then served.
Pizzas can range from ten inches to 25 inches, but are usually around 15. Burritos are usually two or less inches wide, and around five or so inches long. There is much more of a variety of sizes in pizza, due to it usually needing to serve a number of people, ranging from two to as many as ten. Burritos are most of the time eaten by itself with no side dishes and serve one person each, so there isn’t much of a variety of sizes, as the food portion needed to satisfy a person doesn’t vary much.
The ingredients used to create the two foods are similar, as both contain cheese and meat, but tomato sauce is only used in pizzas and most of the time only burritos have fresh vegetables. The way you eat the two foods is different too! A pizza you eat with two hands if it is big, but unless a burrito is of abnormal size, most of the time you eat it with one hand, and as if it is a banana or a chocolate bar.
A pizza usually tastes oily and cheesy, but a burrito mostly tastes quite fresh and cool if vegetables are used, and if not, then kind of a same taste as a pizza, except less cheese and less dough.
Even though a pizza and a burrito’s components are mostly the same, they are quite different foods, and both should be tried if you can.
