Our dynamic Personal Vacation Planners and Casino Sales teams start the fun, while our Guest Service teams ensure the fun never stops. Our HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams all work together to fuel our journey and power our people. Most contracts range from 4 to 8 months, depending on the position and department. For technical or marine roles, maritime certification and experience are typically required.
You might be transferred to another ship as necessary. However, as with every aspect of shipboard life, flexibility is key. Many roles only require hospitality or customer service experience. Assignments are based on operational needs, so we cannot guarantee a specific ship or route. Once the medical examination is complete and approved by our corporate medical department, employees will be cleared to travel. Uniforms will be provided onboard and there are some uniform items that are considered personal items crew are required to pay for.
