- Called Fuse 5 Spoke with Chris they have had no other calls on that today but will check with his team to see if there is something going on.
212 - TV is not working said that it looks like it is downloading but will not do anything, some days it would come on for about a half hour but go back to just a black screen with a downloading bar - said its been like that all week but only calls on Saturday!
304 - Austin - recommended services showing up in carfax report

406 - both front terminals updating at the same time, at 11:20am could not run a credit card
119 - T2 Updating - T1 CIP terminal would not connect, had Timio call chargeitpro support, they went into the terminal and had to change the DNS and it is working again - 12:30pm
125 - Jake - CIP Error payment did go through, disabled CIP and closed ticket - 1:30pm
