I am fully aware of repercussions that may arise during the work but I also understand its more fulfiling in the end when you realize you have successfully achieved your goal by seeing the happy faces of your team members.
I have had the past experiences of being a team leader both at my work as well as at social events. In my undergrad I successfully led the flood relief campeign with team of 5 persons, collecting funds through social events like movie nights and kite festival. I also have had the experience of leading my final year engineering project. Leading the team at my work taught me how difficult is to lead the team in a professional environment when you have customers on one end and boss on the other end and you have to provide cushion and best atmosphere to your team-members so that they have nothing to worry from externel except the underlying project. Becoming a team leader at USC FND event would offer me an international experience which I am looking forward to do it.
