If there is a CAS number in RegList.CASNum for LC9, go to
LC4
if the same CAS is in RegList for LC4 or in dbo_CASCatView. for LC4 and there is a threshold record, and the RegLsThr.HAZ-IND is I1, I2A or I2b
or
LC5
the same CAS is in RegList for LC5 or in dbo_CASCatView.for LC5 and there is a threshold record and the RegLsThr.HAZ-IND is N1 or N2,
then add code "de-min" to RegList.ValueType, code "LT" to RegList.LowValueQualifier, "0.1" to RegList.LowValue, and code "%" to RegList.ValueUom into the RegLIst record for that CAS in LC9.
If the CAS is not found in LC4 or LC5 (in RegList or by dbo_CASCatView or if it is found but without the above-mentioned threshold values or if there is no CAS given in LC9, then add code "de-min" to RegList.ValueType, code "LT" to RegList.LowValueQualifier, "1.0" to RegList.LowValue, and code "%" to RegList.ValueUom.
