Interest which functions to protect and promote individual life, liberty and property and so on is public interest. It comprises the interests of State as being the juristic person and being a guardian of social and Individual interest. Security of political organisation, social service, peace and order, security of individual life, property and family, security of public morality, religion, humanity, application of law, dispute resolution, etc., are some scope of public interest.

Social interest: The claims, demands or desires arise from the unity of

individual as community life and generalised as claim of the social groups, like: integrate interest in general security; common concern on morality, interest on resources, interest of general progress; economic progress, political progress and social interest in individual life as co-operation and safety. Individual in an association, collectively represents some interests that is social interest. It has less political character. It exists and functions as solidarity which largely satisfies to the individual requirement as well. Ultimately, society experiences the happiness in security, progress and peace of individual and all. A clear-cut separation between social and individual interest is not so practical. Though, it conflict frequently, like; the road expansion case. However social engineering model offer many more practical alternative to the adjustment. Social interest is general attitude and conversant activities of individual but exist and forms voluntarily and expanding through culture, religion, ideology, profession, business and so on.

Law exists because of interest but it is not true that law has interest autonomously. Consequently, law as an instrument to define, secure and minimise the conflict of interests. Law, itself is a social interest of all. That works to sustain peace and order in society. It plays a crucial role to maintain harmony in society. Making a space for all interests in law is similar to engineering task. Similarly, law minimises the straggle and conflict of interests by giving satisfactory space and adjustment hence prevents or at least release the possible volcanic burst of any society with sufficient alternatives. In one side, it protects the interest and in another side, it reduces the conflict between
