Based on our analysis, we observed that for the mentioned policy, the direct debit did not trigger for the 13/11/2025 and 27/11/2025 invoices because there was no payment instrument added to the policy at that time.
We can see from the policy history that the payment instrument was added on 05/12/2025. As a result, direct debit will trigger for the subsequent invoices going forward.
