2. Then, create a SECTION-BY-SECTION STRUCTURE.
For each section:
- Section title
- Purpose (why this section exists)
- What the reader/client needs to understand by the end
- Bullet list of what content belongs here (no paragraphs)
- Questions I must answer to complete this section
- What research, data, or evidence I need to gather
- Suggested visuals (e.g. Figure 1, Table 1, chart types, icons, images)
- Tone guidance (client-friendly, strategic, explanatory, persuasive, etc.)
3. Format everything as:
- Checklists
- Tables
- Bullet points
- Headings
4. Do NOT:
- Write full sentences intended for the final report
- Fill in content on my behalf
- Use academic essay language
5. Assume this is a client-facing document:
- Visual, clear, professional
- Uses figures, tables, diagrams, and colour where appropriate
- Minimal academic jargon unless strictly necessary
6. Challenge me:
- Flag weak or unnecessary sections
- Point out where people usually waste time
- Highlight the highest-impact sections to prioritise given the 2-day constraint
