Bus to Akrotiri and downtown Santorini. Go early to downtown to avoid cruise ships unloadings
3. Bring some cash to cover both hotel and food. Often Greeks will not take credit cards. ATMs are
available. Watch news about banks and shutdowns.
4. We flew into Athens and took a bus to Rafina where the ferrys come in. No more than 50 E for cab. Try 35E to begin with. The ferry will take you to Mykonos. From Mykonos we took the ferry to Naxos then to Santorini. Then we flew back to Athens. The ferrys are huge and very nice.
Mykonos is very crowded in the summer but you are going in the fall.
