Act as central point of contact for customers ensuring enquiries are redirected appropriately and meet customer’s satisfaction, process queries and assist communication with relevant parts of the organization and external stakeholders.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects
• Support in the delivery of projects including issuing of drawings, printing drawings, management of as-constructed drawings, scanning and archiving.
• Provides financial administrative support through raising customer invoices, purchase requisitions, payments of invoices
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office applications, intermediate PC user
• You must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain strong customer focus
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Excellent time management.
• Proactive and results driven.
• A professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
