Heathens music video. Throughout the song if you listen (especially in the chorus and bridge) you can hear in the background him saying something, I believe he is saying it backwards because I couldn't get no words out of it and it sounds backwards. Now for a theory, you know how they make a song has a meaning to you? But then they release a music video that has a different meaning that you would've never thought of (tear in my heart, fairly local, holding onto you, etc.) Anyways you already heard my theory for the song alone (if you remember) My theory for the music video: People say Josh part is in his mind, his guardian angel since in the music video Josh has a fake guardian angel tattoo on his arm, other people are saying Tyler killed Josh which is why he is imagining him and holds his hand to his throat in some parts. Of course we all know the Josh part is imaginative because they shine that orange/yellow light on him and I don't think a jail like that would let a random guy play some drums in the hallways and how Josh never encounters someone else besides Tyler. So we got that but I think it is both Tyler's guardian angel and who he killed. Now they never represented Josh as Josh from TØP just a random guy. I'm thinking Tyler was sent their for killing him and Josh became his guardian angel which is why Tyler touches his throat and when he sees Josh he follows him and grabs the jail cell and then coming back into reality that he is in jail. Plus when they showed the security person looking at the camera of the jail cells Tyler is one of the big screen one he is watching because "you don't know the murderer sitting next to you" plus Tyler's jail cell is the only one covered in random scribbled papers or crumbled up papers laying everywhere which of course means something (or else they wouldn't add that key factor) but what? Tyler's jail cell is automatically opened when Josh passes through playing the drums (which I thought was fricken awesome) and had the yellow/orange light shining on him again meaning it's in Tyler's mind. Tyler then proceeds to follow Josh into the stage area where Tyler coincidentally has a yellow suit on. All the "Heathens" are taken out of the jail cell to see them play, at first both Josh and Tyler were unsure then they start to play and get into it and the "Heathens" are liking it. But at the end Tyler is found on the ground with security getting all up on him but if you didn't notice Tyler was wearing a yellow jumpsuit then quickly transition to an orange jumpsuit. What I think this means is that that whole part was in Tyler's mind. He somehow is let out by Josh then goes on a platform with music and a suit which let me remind you is still a jail place. But he wears a yellow/orange color suit, Josh spotlight is the same color and his jumpsuit is yellow before it quickly turns orange which could mean that color represents imagination or what's on his mind. I think Tyler is onstage with Josh and they are unsure of themselves at first because they won't know how the people would react which could be a connection in real life because in multiple interviews they always say they are worried if fans will ever come to a concert. I feel like Josh "the guardian angel" is also unsure because Tyler feels so insecure about people listening (which is why he touches his throat a lot) that even his guardian angel is doubting. Now I'm not saying Josh is his guardian angel, I'm saying Josh is representing his guardian angel through him also because Tyler supposedly killed him which is why he is sent to the jail house in the first place. Tyler at the end comes back into reality and realizes what's happening and how he killed a man and now he's on the run and go. Well I think I covered the main parts that are on my mind, there is more but look how many messages you have to read to get to this last part of me saying this :)
