However, this healthcare system involves sensitive patient data, custom workflows, and PDF generation logic.
For such systems, a custom Laravel architecture gives better control over security, role management, and future scalability.
We can still integrate Filament for specific modules if needed, but core healthcare logic is better handled in a custom structure.

I understand your concern regarding maintainability and boilerplate.
Our current implementation already follows a service-layer architecture where business logic is fully separated from controllers.
The controllers act as request coordinators and do not contain domain logic.

To further improve readability, we are modularizing controllers by domain.

Filament is a great productivity tool for CRUD-heavy systems, but architecture cleanliness depends on separation of concerns — not on the UI package used.
