So..kalo jualan nya banyak item, jangan biarkan buyer langsung transfer sebelum kamu mengeluarkan mantra seperti diatas.

Komplain perubahan teksture jawab aja "memang ada perubahan dari perusahaannya, Produk kosmetik / (nama produk) sendiri dari awal produk itu diedarkan ke publik hingga hari ini ada beberapa kali mengalami perubahan baik perubahan kemasan, warna, tekstur cream, dll."
Kita dari awal pertama kalinya ada selalu original dan tdk pernah kirim yg kw
Untuk pernyataan dari cust itu bisa positif dan negatif
jadi kebenaran dari pernyataan tsb perlu ditindaklanjuti
utk komentar negatif dari cust bisa ada kemungkinan
1. Pihak tertentu yg sengaja cari gara2 mengatakan info negatif
2. Keterbatasan info produk yg ada di cust
3. Banyaknya produk non ori yg beredar dibandingkan dgn produk ori, sehingga cust sering mendapatkan info yg berbeda pada tiap seller
4. Produk kosmetik sendiri dari awal produk itu diedarkan ke publik hingga hari ini ada beberapa kali mengalami perubahan baik perubahan kemasan, warna, tekstur cream, dll. dan info ini yg mungkin cust kurang update.
