Psikoloji Nedir: Psikoloji (psihologia: psikoloji), insan davranışları ve zihinsel süreçleri
ile birlikte bunların altında yatan nedenleri inceleyen ve araştıran bilim dalıdır.
Çoğu zaman, tepkimiz o an içinde olduğumuz psikolojiye bağlı olarak gelişmekte. Örnek verelim, başımdan geçen olayları çoğunuz biliyorsunuz.

her şey düzelecek, olumlu ol, hazırlanmaya hemen başlamalısın gibi kavramları benimseyebilseydim, şu an haklı çıkmış olacaktım. Af çıktı, babam yanımızda
işe gitmek zorunda kalmadan, tekrar derslerime çalışabiliyorum. Bu da şu demek oluyor; işlerin kötü gittiğini farkettiğiniz zaman, olumsuz düşünce sizi,
daha da kötü bir psikoloji içerisine itecek. Bunların hepsini yaşadım.
Benim yanı başımda kitabı olan değerli **Mümin Sekman** hocamızın kitapları şiddetle öneriyorum size.
