4. Transformational มีประโยชน์ที่สุด เพราะสร้างความไว้ใจได้มั่นคง ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานของความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างผู้นำและผู้ตาม
และ Transactional มีประโยชน์น้อยที่สุด เพราะมีการแลกเปลี่ยน หรือตกลงทำสัญญาระหว่างผู้นำและผู้ตาม แน่นอนว่าต้องมีทั้งข้อดีและข้อเสียปะปนอยู่แล้ว

1. ชอบที่จะตัดสินใจคนเดียวมากกว่า เหตุผลเพราะ ตัดสินใจได้ง่ายกว่า ไม่ต้องโต้แย้งกับใคร
2. เคย เป็นตัวช่วยที่จะสร้างสรรค์ไอเดียใหม่ๆได้ดีกว่าเพราะได้แบ่งปันความคิดหลายๆอย่างกับผู้อื่น เช่น การระดมความคิดที่จะทำอะไรสักอย่างหนึ่ง แต่ละคนจะมีมุมมองที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ควรรับฟังเหตุผลของผู้อื่นด้วย
3. เคย แสดงความคิดเห็นเฉพาะของตนเองและรับฟังคนอื่น หากผู้อื่นมีเหตุผลที่ดีกว่าก็ควรยอมรับความคิดนั้น
