I am sorry but I didn't find it easy tat all to work the train operator app from
The app, it's not immediately visible and as you sold me a ticket that had to be used in one operator only, it should have been very obvious when searching for trains.
Also, would like me to return the tickets recorded livery, meaning in this costs me further money and I will have even less of a refund once you deduct the postage costs.
I would also you to review this matter further.
I have had many orders any train tickets from you. I have an expensive Newcastle trip in Agee weeks time. And I am very disappointed with the customer service.
The restricted train ticket and the lack of obvious visibility of the train operator information on the app, I feel this is a very easy mistake to make and very costly.
Please can you reconsider the full refund of the unused ticket. I will certainly not make the mistake again,
