Because I possess the English proficiency required to document this comprehensively, I am submitting this ticket on behalf of multiple victims. I implore you to read this report carefully and investigate the provided evidence and bot logs.

1. The Core Threat: Exploitation of a Leaked National Database
Recently, a massive database containing the private information of Turkish citizens was illegally leaked online. This breach allows anyone to easily find home addresses, national ID details, and private phone numbers using just a basic name.

Because Kaul is not a Turkish citizen, his personal data is not included in this database. Operating completely anonymously and without facing any personal risk, he weaponizes this leaked database to dox, blackmail, and threaten Turkish users he dislikes.

The Tuggy Incident: Kaul recently used this leaked data to harass and threaten the family members of a registered user named 'Tuggy' (YiLannnssss - 1559253925) via direct phone calls and text messages.

Targeting Admin Families: Kaul manipulated Tuggy and others to submit mass false tickets against the Main Owner of the 'Sohbet' chat, Orçun. To enforce this, a private photo of Orçun's mother (Nejla) obtained from the data leak was circulated on xat to mock her, and their private family phone numbers were maliciously posted on adult (+18) websites.

2. The "Ego" Room: A Coordinated Harassment Hub
To prevent further victimization, please immediately investigate the chat room named 'Ego', which was created and managed by Kaul. We urgently request a review of the 'fexbot' and 'arcbot' logs from the last 3 months.

Kaul opened this room specifically as a base for doxing and orchestrating chaos against the official 'Sohbet' chat room. He explicitly gathered users who held a grudge against Orçun. Later, to avoid direct implication, Kaul handed the 'Ego' room over to a user named Bars (74250075), while continuing to manage the harassment campaign covertly from the background.

The logs and screenshots clearly expose organized cyberbullying, ageism, body-shaming, and vile attacks on private lives:

Explicit Sexual Harassment: Room staff freely use graphic sexual slang. For example, user 'Tugay' makes highly graphic sexual comments directly targeting Orçun's real-life partner, Erva. Others, like 'Nac's', target female users with explicit sexual slurs.

Hate Speech, Racism, & Homophobia: The room is unmoderated for severe violations. User 'Dope' uses severe homophobic slurs, while 'S' explicitly mocks ethnic identities.

Abuse of Moderator Power: Room staff like 'Brah' use their mod status to aggressively intimidate and silence regular users, while Kaul uses sexist slurs (e.g., "karı gibi") to humiliate male users and command them to stay quiet.

3. Kaul’s Track Record of Blackmail & Intimidation
Historically, Kaul was forced to step down from his Main Owner position in the 'Sohbet' chat on January 25, 2024. This followed complaints by users Iyyyyyyyyy, Deaf4screem, and SoWeird1905, whom Kaul had doxed in the main chat. Through severe real-world threats, Kaul forced these users to leave the platform entirely.

Ongoing Blackmail: When SoWeird1905 tried to return recently, Kaul blackmailed him by threatening to expose private photos to his family. SoWeird1905 is now terrified to even submit a support ticket.

Illegal Stalking: Even though Iyyyyyyyyy and Deaf4screem left 2 years ago, Kaul confessed on May 17, 2026, that he is still actively tracking their real lives using illicit data panels.

Threatening the Volunteer Team Infrastructure: Kaul openly intimidates users by claiming he will soon become a xat Volunteer. He explicitly threatens that once he obtains this rank, he will abuse internal admin tools to access users' IP addresses, locations, and alt accounts to hunt down his victims.

4. The Manipulation of Main Owner Orçun & Future Plots
You may wonder why Orçun reinstated Kaul after the 2024 doxing incident. Kaul employs deep psychological manipulation, primarily by name-dropping 'Sevda' (a former forum editor and Main Owner in Germany). By projecting authority through Sevda, Kaul maintains a psychological hold over the well-intentioned but naive Orçun. Kaul convinced Orçun that he handed the 'Ego' room to Bars and has "nothing to do with it," keeping Orçun blind to the background orchestration.

The Next Move: After Kaul recently failed to manipulate the Volunteers into making Bars a Main Owner, he pivoted. He is now recruiting former problematic admins Dilara (Dstny) and her husband Mareşal (EM01). Exploiting their old grudge against Orçun, Kaul promised them Main Owner ranks. His ultimate goal is to backstab Orçun, hijack the official chat, and hand it entirely to his loyalists.

5. Conclusion & Plea for Action
Why wasn't this reported earlier?
There are two reasons: a severe language barrier preventing Turkish users from writing detailed English reports, and a genuine, widespread fear of real-world retaliation (doxing).

Pattern of Evasion:
Even if you remove Kaul today, his history shows he will attempt to return. Over the years, he has operated under aliases like Can, Salih, Emirkan, and Eyüp to evade bans and manipulate his way back into power.

Why I am Anonymous:
I had to create an alternate account to submit this ticket. If I used my main account, my identity would inevitably leak, and my family would become the next target of their doxing and blackmail. I am risking this because I consider the xat community my family, and I cannot stand by while malicious individuals oppress vulnerable people.
