Menteri sihir mengesahkan keputusan tersebut yang pada intinya memberi kuasa kepada wakasek propaganda untuk membawa anak-anak muggleborn yang ingin belajar sihir di Beauxbatons namun tidak diizinkan orangtua secara paksa.
