Il n'y a pas de resolution finale pour ce conflit, mais en Etats Unis, quatre etats a legalise l'utilise de la marijuana. Beaucoup de gens pensent qu'il a plus de benefices que de inconvenients. Au Canada, le gouvernement veut legaliser l'utilise de marijuana. On voie que ces pays sont pour la legalisation.
