today was horrible because i couldn't stop scratching and got so mad because there's a lot of stuff on my mind some stuff i cant say i try so hard to figier something out but i always fail so that's why i start cutting myself.even if i try so hard not to do it but my madness goes up i can't stop I ALWAYS FAIL....... you know sometimes i want to stop the cutting on my wrist's so anted i draw on my hand little tallies and now i have 107 time I've scratched myself . some people tell me to stop i try to listen to them but my mood change's fast i don't know how to control the other me the lunatic the crazy me..... i try to stay away from sharp thing's but i end up finding sharp thing's or making them .every were i look i find them pencils,paperclips,pretty much anything i have along story to my past and president . so i don't attempt to cut i wear bracelets to cover up my wrist 's
