Someone remind me to never travel with Turkish Airlines ever again. Such a bad airline it's disturbing.

So on weds 1.55am at Kilimanjaro airport we were told we'd get delayed for a short while. 2 HOURS later we finally board, and make our 30 journey to Mombasa (another hour, obviously) then onto Istanbul.
Because of the 2 hour delay, we land at 12.45 (there was a very slow bus back to the airport) we miss our connecting flight at 1.05pm from Istanbul back home to Dublin.
The Ground Staff were stupidly rude when we asked for help which was even more distressing.
We get to the transfer desk after being laughed at when asked for further help from a Turkish Airlines steward.
The employee we first deal with is helpful and books us on another connecting flight which is Istanbul to Amsterdam(3.40pm) then Amsterdam to Dublin. We just want to get home the same night so we agree.
He tells us he'll call our names in half an hour with our boarding passes.
An hour and a half later, no names called, we go to the transfer desk to find him missing in action.
I argue with the manager saying we've another flight to catch we can't miss that either and he only gives us our boarding passes for Istanbul to Amsterdam, not Amsterdam to Dublin
Another worry on our plates.
We get to the gate, get on the flight, only to be told there would be another delay. This time we're even more panicked as we hadn't received our second pair of tickets.
So an hour and 20 mins after what should've been take-off time(now 5pm) we finally take off.
One shockingly terrible meal later, we reach wonderful, helpful Amsterdam Schiphol airport at 7pm. The staff there are kind and show us how to get to our gates, where to get our boarding pass and how long it would take to get there and inform us we had enough time despite our two delays.
We travel by the blessing that is Aer Lingus and an hour later we're back home in Dublin.
However, the icing on the cake, Turkish Airlines forgot to send our bags to Dublin and us waiting there (my mother that has a heart condition too) for an extra hour, and even having someone wait for us on the other side of the gates was so off-putting, we had never had this problem with another airline before.
They tell us we should have our bags by this morning, it is now 2pm and I have to travel again tomorrow without any of my things.
2 delays and missing bags? 3 strikes and you're out i'm afraid.
If you are thinking of travelling abroad, please remove Turkish Airlines off your list.
