Do you have any other experience being staff on other servers and describe(List all): As apart from other applicants, I have had a range of experience on many different servers. I am mature at appropriate times however, I would still like to have fun not being a strict person all the time. This maturity can be key at times, as it shows what time of person I am and demonstrates my professionalism. The most important quality I possess is responsibility-12. I believe myself to be responsible, as I am willing to do any tasks assignedto me or given. I am willing to help the server to my fullest potential, and truly support this server with my abilities. Being staff on this server would be a great honor. I know a lot about the different types of hacks, and when I was staff throughout my whole time I only false banned 2 players (fake hackers :() However, I will accurately ban cheaters, as I can tell the difference between legit players and cheaters. I am familiar with all the staff commands, and I am familiar with most/all of the staff team.Something that really sets me apart from others is honesty. I am always honest, and I will never abuse. If I do, I willalways admit my wrongs and own up to my actions. I am loyal to the server, as I am willing to help anybody thatis in true need of it on the server. I can help other staff as well with their tedious work that they may need help on. I can definitely take criticism from players, even if it is rude or disrespectful. This is a characteristic that is important to demonstrate my professionalism.
From going trainee on Mineplex and ItsJerryAndHarry, moving onto HCTeams and my server. These are popular servers, giving the the professional look of being staff. I now know how to correctly moderate the server in appropriate ways.

Why do you want to be Administrator:It would be an honour to receive staff on this server. I want to grow this amazing community in a major server that is internationally known. I'm respectful at all times, giving advice to new members and helping out. I want to give serve the community my respect because all the players of the server have given so much support to me. It just says makes a exciting moment in my life, having to inspire people just puts a smile on my face knowing that I just made someone's day better. Also, I think you should choose me as staff member because; I consider myself a helpful person, I'm always willing to help someone in need of assistance. I will always free up my time to help people, and place them into my main priority. And I'll always try my best to be there for someone. This will be helpful into the community because if I don't know the answer, I can ask someone else and increase my knowledge of Minecraft.

I don't rage often and I take criticism well. I have raged few times, but I'm not known to do it constantly. This is because I am a calm person and don't get heated easily. From people criticising me, I can improve on what they are saying. For example, if someone says: "Well maybe you could be a kinder staff member and yea!" Then I could improve on that and improve my kindness, as I'm an easy learner.

I pay an excessive amount of attention to chat, I can't guarantee that I'm 100% focusing on it all the time, depends on what I'm doing. I do understand that my gameplay time will decrease, due to trying my best to help people, and I understand and agree with that.

Some cons may be that I will often go AFK unannounced, this is because when I spend so much time online, I have other things to do. These could be from getting food/drink to doing a bit of homework.

If someone is ever sad or confused I will inform them right away! I never want to see someone like that, it breaks my heart. Also I never talk back to anyone unless they are the ones being rude I will say "Please do not be rude to other players, we like to have a nice community here." Another thing I wanted to add above is that I will never abuse. Most people don't think that this is a problem but it might be sometimes. Either way I hope you see what I hope to accomplish by being caring and making sure no one is confused. A very nice community was there are no rule breakers or haters! I love seeing people happy as it puts a smile on my face. Thank you all for giving me the chance to play on an awesome server like this! However there are the occasional times where if someone is annoying me, I will make sure they know it. I don't shout in caps: YOU ARE SOOO ANNOYING URGH… I'd probably say something like; Please be quite about (subject he/she is being annoying about).Getting the chance to help others would be a thing that I could do the best. I believe that I am more mature than other people that have the same age as me. Being 14 years old, people would expect me to be obnoxious, and careless. I find myself to be the complete opposite of an average 14-year-old. I always get my homework done before I do anything else. School/getting an education is really important to me and my parents. It captivates and shows that I'm responsible and trustworthy that I'll get whatever done. I show people that I'm reliable. All my life, I have been taught to always have a positive attitude towards myself and others. My parents and my friends have the biggest impact on my life and the choices that I make. I feel like being a moderator is like being a coach to help others become more successful and brighter. I want to show that 14-year-olds are not always bad. Ever since, I had Minecraft I couldn't stop playing it. It usually takes all my free time. I should use this time to not only play Minecraft, but also help to contribute to what servers I play on. I don't like wasting time since life is short. At school and online, I always help people with their homework, their channel, and their social life. I want to help people that aren't getting a lot of attention at home and make them feel like someone needs them. People need to help others/players to make everything more equal. It isn't fair when people are hacking/cheating. Also, children play this game. We need to make this game more kids-friendly. I heard people on other games such as CoD cuss and say bad things to other players. We need it so that kids are also able to play the game. The generation in the U.S. aren't showing good examples to the younger crowd. I feel like we need to set the example that will inspire players to act very well. If I were to join the team, I feel like I can add a lot to it. I can help others in different situations and when they don't know what to do. Helping others is a major key in what kind of maturity you have. You should be able to communicate to others. I have notice that my mod friends, get more friends since they get mod. I am always open to get new friends and getting to know them. Having more friends is a good thing that shows that you're good with people and socially acceptable. Where ever I am, I always make friends along the way. Also with helping others, I can also help build maps and help give my opinions when they need it. I am very artistic and very smart. I love to build and make things that look very good. I might not always be perfect, but I can always try my best. If one is getting bullied, I can always help them get back up on their feet. I am very accepting and I do not discriminate against others. No one should deserve getting bullied no matter where.

weaknesses: Some of my weaknesses are not very good with configuring permissions plugins or coding them I also can get frustrated sometimes if someone is not moderating the server correctly or generally not following guidelines that have been setup to provide the best possible experience.I feel I should take part in the staffing community here because I ensure a large portion of qualified time as well as extreme experiences and a sincere inclination in moderating over the chat and providing the necessary satisfaction to players in need of any particular assistance. I am a person who shares a natural obligation and heavy dedication to those in need of a correct moderation. I will be there to help them with confusion/questions for hours worth of time as well! My highest priority when it comes to staffing is that I focus on most is moderating over servers. I am not really a person who wants to dedicate themselves to formulating new structures or residing to head-to-head combat. I find it more intriguing to supply players with a jubilant sense of feeling from my overall performance. I would be sure to keep dissonance from progressing to ghastly circumstances. I would basically focus on the whole idea of my existence to staffing within this community, which is simply stated by pursuing a largely said portion of time spent on the server, encompassing the chat within a correctly moderated state, assuring the prosperity of attentiveness to answer all questions to my highest potential, keeping in touch with other fellow staff about suggestions/ideas/answers, and securing the server from all egregious irrelevancy.I am also special and different in lots of ways. First off, my mentality is basically to work hard and play later. I do everything with the best of my ability or at least die trying. My effort is genuine and I am a very nice and reasonable person. I treat people with respect and I take stands based on facts and evidence, not because they are my friends or I know them. I am also a very neat and organized person. I may be considered a neat freak but the results pay off. Everything will be organized and in tip top shape. My experience also plays a huge role in who I am. I know lots of things and I have years of experience in running a team. I know what it takes to run a tip top team and how to maintain it. In the end, I have a lot of traits that would make me the ideal person for the job.Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to mix together because that could jeopardize my position and probably annoy some players. Lastly, I know that certain people apply for the rank because they think it will bring them respect and make them cool. I have never considered this as a reason to apply and I frankly hate these types of people. They often end up abusing their power and getting banned. I have never abused and will never abuse. I am applying because I believe that I have what it takes to help the server.There is a very clear reason in my head that makes me believe I am suitable to be staff, experience. Others may downplay experience but it has taught me a lot. From all of my different staff positions I have learned different things. First, my strategy for dealing with rule breaking players, I have reviewed lots of applications where the person says I will warn them three times and than mute them. Honestly I hate this strategy; its very robotic and the player will probably appeal and do it again. My personal preference to dealing with such issues is convincing. I like to try to talk a spammer out of spamming. In my opinion showing them how what they are doing is pointless and really does nothing can possibly convince them not to do it again. Of course this doesn’t always work than in that case I have to mute them. Banning to me is a last resort. I always oppose banning players unless it is obvious that they must be banned or it’s a last resort. In my view servers love their members and all that banning does is remove members. If we can change the view of such troublemakers than we can have a great community base. Also I understand how to treat a staff rank. When I have been given the privilege to serve on a staff team I take it very seriously. I will joke around with others but I have learned to respect the rank. Being staff will not make me cool or give me respect but it is my goal to help and server the players of this server. I understand that under no circumstances should I abuse and that I have been given a chance to be a part of the staff team, a chance I should be very grateful for. I hope that I can qualify above mediocre and be exceptional. My experience in the past has taught me how to deal with people, how to inspect and analyze a situation, and how to respect everyone. Lastly I do not have anger issues and I don’t rage. I have learned how to keep my cool even in the most frustrating situations. It will be very rare that you see me genuinely pissed off at someone. I have handled many situations in the past and I believe that the challenges I will face on your server will be within by ability.I am that guy you see online on a server that has 200 slots available and only one person online, that being me. I am that guy you see at 3 O'Clock in the morning playing Minecraft for no apparent reason on a cool Summer night. Dedication is what I lack in the past server I was working for and that was the reason why I quit or the server ended up being closed. I can assure you that I am very dedicated with everything. I will answer personal messages within a few hours, I can answer Skype messages the moment you send them. It's how I work and how I live my life. My job as a forum moderator requires me to be active so I am always on some sort of electronic device regardless of the time, area, and day. In return I expect my peers to be dedicated as well. The least I can do is return the favor by being active. I personally have a large sum of time on my hands. I only take one musical instrument outside of school, which frees up my time a lot. In order to balance this time I plan what I need to do every day. I understand that Moderating or Administrating is a very demanding job, but I am prepared to take it on
