Ini adalah praktek transfigurasi yang merubah objek yang bernyawa menjadi objek yang bernyawa lainnya.
Praktek transfigurasi ini sangat rumit, karena mengubah makhluk hidup bukan hanya merubah tampilannya saja tetapi merubah sel-sel genetik dan penyusunannya serta hal-hal yang mempengaruhi keberadaan makhluk tersebut.
Contoh:
- Vermiculus: merubah menjadi cacing.
Pelafalan: vur-MICK-yoo-lush.
Warna: putih.
- Ducklifors: mengubah lawan menjadi bebek.
Pelafalan: DUCK-lih-fors.
Warna: kuning.
Gerakan wand: menyentakan kebawah.
Conjuring Spell
Conjuring Spell adalah mantra pengadaan. Mantra ini adalah menciptakan suatu benda dari udara kosong, dimana bendanya yang diciptakan dalam bentuk nyata bahkan benda tersebut hidup/bernyawa. Aslinya mantra ini bukan menciptakan tetapi hanya memindahkan benda dari tempat lain ke tempat yang diinginkan.
- Conjuring Inanimate: memunculkan benda mati dari udara kosong.
- Conjuring Animate: memunculkan makhluk hidup dari udara kosong.
Contoh mantranya: Aguamenti, Avis, Aqua Erecto, Carpe Retractum, Ferula, Fiendfyre, Glacius, Incarcerous, Orchideus, dan Serpensortia.

Nama mantra: Felix mamorata
Efek: mengubah lawan menjadi seekor Kucing Bulu
Pelafalan: fel-IKS-ma-MOR-a-tah
Warna: Orange
Gerakan Wand: Split dan menyentakan kearah lawan.
Etimologi: Felix mamorata berasal dari bahasa latin yang artinya Kucing Bulu.
