Just an update: After talking to the lawyer again, an agreement was met and the new landlord is giving me until January to pay off the balance. We paid $1,887 this week, which brought the balance down to $1,613 according to their records. That doesn't include the rent I have to pay each month, which adds onto that balance. The silver lining is my daughter and I will not be homeless, but things are going to be real tight the rest of the year. That means hardly any money for food to feed us. And my daughter, Danielle, won't have much of a Christmas this year. I will also have to cancel my cable and internet, so I won't be on Facebook and Twitter as much. I will try to respond when I can. I do have my cell phone, but I can't use too much of my data. If I don't come up with the rest of the money, my daughter and I can still be without a roof over our head, so please continue to keep my family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.
