5. ความชอบ มีความสัมพันธ์กับวิสัยทัศน์ คือ สิ่งที่เราชอบและให้ความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษจะเป็นพื้นฐานของวิสัยทัศน์ที่เรามองออกไป จะช่วยสร้างแรงผลักดัน และทำให้เกิดความคิดในแง่บวกต่อความคิดและงานที่ทำ
6. มีความสัมพันธ์กัน คือ หากมีความชอบที่จะทำอะไรแล้ว ก็จะมีการกำหนดสิ่งต่างๆกลายเป็นสิ่งที่สามารถจัดการได้
