How many stages are on C-5100 and what is the final discharge pressure? (5 Stages with a discharge of 2230psig)
How many stages are on C-5330 and what is the final discharge pressure? (3 stages with a total discharge pressure of 214psig)
What is D-5330 and what does it feed? (NH3 atmospheric let down drum, which liquid will feed to NH3 export pipeline, and the gases from this drum will go to the 1st stage of C-5330)
What is D-5320 and what does it feed? (NH3 refrigerant drum, which feeds back into E-5302 and the Gas to T-5410)
What is D-5310 and what does it feed? (NH3 let down drum, which the gas will feed T-5410, and the liquid to D-5320 or back into E-5300)
What is D-5300 and what does it feed? (NH3 separator, Unreacted gases will go back to E-5300 & liquid to D-5310)
What is T-5410 reflux? (T-5420 bottoms, which is composed of mainly H2O)
What feeds T-5420? (The bottoms coming off of T-5410, which is a H20/NH3 solution)
What is T-5420 reflux? (Refrigerant from D-5320)
What is E-5320 used for and what is the cooling agent? (Used for heating our finished product to a desired range, and Refrigerant will cool it from D-5320)
During start-up where do we get steam supply from? (Plants header, after startup we will flip the flow and produce steam)
Instrument air comes from? (Plants Header)
Utility N2 comes from? (Our feed supply. The Nitrogen will be cut back for proper Utility usage)
