- tiap guru wajib membuat rules kelas.
- mengajar durasi selama 65 menit. 15 Menit Teori dan 50 menit praktek. boleh dikondisikan berapa durasi yang dibutuhkan.
- Uang saku awal semua pengajar adalah 50.000 Franc.
- Skill Point para guru adalah 5.000 SkP
- uang saku dan SkP digunakan untuk pemberian rewards setiap murid, baik itu reward belajar, events, games atau cuma-cuma.
- untuk bulan pertama sewa kamar FREE, setelah bulan ke 2 /upgrade wajib membayar sesuai dengan harga yang telah ditentukan. harga tergantung jenis kamar.
- para guru digaji disesuai keaktifan.
- wajib lapor Spatula (Data keaktifan, izin, reward skill point yang diberikan kepada murid, tugas) setiap akhir bulan.

- Uang Franc
50F - 90F > murid aktif
30F - 45F > kurang aktif
20F - 25F > tidak aktif
- Skill Point
50SkP - 100SkP > murid aktif
30SkP - 45SkP > kurang
10SkP - 20SkP > tidak aktif
NB : Boleh menambah Franc untuk reward murid teraktif dan plotnya menarik/berkreasi.
