Фаулз "Коллекционер", С. Кинг "Сияние" (вообще очень люблю творчество Кинга, поэтому "Оно" в вашем ответе порадовало).
Про Зодиака есть неплохой документальный роман Р. Грейсмита "Зодиак". Про Банишевски писал Джек Кетчам в романе "Девушка по соседству", там присутствует доля вымысла, но сюжет и герои узнаваемы. Про Чарльза Мэнсона давно хочу прочитать книгу В. Бульози "Хелтер-Скелтер", да все руки не доходят, может, вы заинтересуетесь. Про Эдварда Гейна, помимо "Американского психопата", еще есть книга "Чокнутый" Х. Шелтера, пока тоже нечитанная, так что ничего не могу сказать про неё.
