Siamese Temperament : Siamese cats, such as Alex (see above), tend to be very loving and social pets. They like to play, and often end up being the center of attention. Though they can be very playful and active, Siamese cats can also make for wonderful lap cats and can be found snoozing on owner's laps frequently. They can get lonely, but as long as they aren't left alone for too long and get a little bit of attention daily, would be just fine in these types of situations.

Siamese cats are one of many unique breeds that owners adore. They are almost always hypoallergenic, meaning that they shed and groom less frequently than other breeds, spreading less pet dander, and often making pet allergies much more manageable. There are also medicines that can be prescribed for allergies that may help with this aspect of owning a cat.
