Bu özellikler hava koşullarını yönetmek, ozon tabakası ile oynamak, insan beynini etkilemek, iklim değiştirmek... (5)
Ve daha korkuncu büyük depremler yaratabilmek.. (5)
Günümüzde bir çok depremin, iklim değişikliğinin, ozon tehlikesinin HAARP tarafından yapıldığı söyleniyor. (5)
Japonya'da ki büyük deprem, okyanuslarda yaşanan depremler hatta 99 depreminin HAARP projesi tarafından yapıldığı söylentiler arasında. (10)
Görünen o ki HAARP projesi, insanların iyiliği için kullanılmazsa ileride bir çok problem yaşayacağız.. (5)
