Esta Jarra cuenta con 6 niveles representan las proporciones recomendadas para la población mexicana durante todo el día. Cabe destacar que cuando hablamos de 1 vaso nos referimos a 240 ml.
El nivel 1
Hablamos del AGUA SIMPLE, es el nivel que cuenta con más volumen de la jarra, representando 6 a 8 vasos.
El nivel 2
Hablamos de la LECHE SEMIDESCREMADA y las BEBIDAS DE SOYA SIN AZUCAR, prefiere la versión LIGHT, que representa un máximo de 2 vasos
El nivel 3
Hablamos del TÉ Y CAFÉ SIN AZUCAR, representado por un máximo de 4 vasos. Ten cuidado en abusar, puedes complicar la digestión y agravar malestares como la gastritis o colitis
El nivel 4
Hablamos de LAS BEBIDAS NO CALÓRICAS, ENDULZADAS CON EDULCORANTES ARTIFICIALES O SUSTITUTOS DE AZÚCAR, el consumo no debe exceder los 2 vasos. Estas bebidas son ricas en saborizantes y colorantes artificiales; es decir, son todos esos polvitos que pintan y saben a algo NO NATURAL
El nivel 5
Hablamos del JUGO DE FRUTA 100% NATURAL, LECHE ENTERA, BEBIDAS DEPORTIVAS Y BEBIDAS ALCOHÓLICAS, representado por no más de 1/2 vaso porque contienen altas cantidades de grasa o azúcar
El nivel 6
Hablamos de los REFRESCOS, CONCENTRADOS DE JUGOS Y OTRAS BEBIDAS ALTAS EN AZÚCARES, representados por 0 vasos.nunca debemos consumirlos porque además de que no nos nutren son dañinas para el organismo, es decir son cero saludables.
