A man walks over to me and releases my gate. "Fly free!" he says .
Over on the other side of me are 4 cages. In one is Dot looking at me with determination, there is Crow looking sad but his face brightens up at sight of me. The 3rd is Ma, with a clear hole in her heart as she looks desperately for her egg, me being just out of sight. Then... The girl eagle... "Moon". Wait what? How did I know her name? And I should of already awoken!
The man is gone. Who was that?
If I save Dot, he could help me save the others, but Ma... she looks so sad! Then Crow, cocking his head at me. And then Moon... looking hurt as if she read my thoughts, because I never really thought of her.
Then greed over comes me, "What if I don't save anyone but me?"
But that idea vanishes as I lock eyes with Dot. I walk over to Dot's cage and open it up. Dot gives me a smile and me walk over to Ma's cage. With our strength, we open it up.
"Run Ma, go to the sand pit, circle it until we come. We are saving the others. Run, run Ma run!" I whisper.
I turn to Crow's cage and try to signal to Dot, but his eyes are locked on Moon. He walks over to her cage and cocks his head. "Yes, come closer!". I can see her thoughts on her face.
I wake up.
