Pakenham Heights Kindergarten Services
Here, you’ll find all you need to make your child’s experience safe, enriching, and inspiring. Complimentary hat & wetbag are provided to help your child feel part of the Eden Academy community. All Aboriginal children are entitled to two years of free kindergarten. Henry Family and Children’s Centre is operated by th Cardinia Shire in Pakenham.
We find the multicultural aspect of the centre to be very helpful to our mixed race child. We are really happy with the care and support we are receiving at Little Stars! The new renovations have brightened up the childcare centres in pakenham centre creating a welcoming and warm environment and the staff are so friendly!

Children’s learning and daily routines are documented and delivered via a safe and secure electronic platform to ensure families are informed and involved in their child’s day. Our preschool program, led by passionate educators, is tailored for 3 and 4-year-olds and their families.
Our purpose-built daycare and kindergarten centre in Pakenham offers innovative early learning programs in a safe and nurturing environment. Our Pakenham childcare centre features a bike track, vegetable garden, ample climbing equipment, sandpit, and undercover areas for year-round access. Indoors, we have interactive whiteboards, an inside climbing fort, and open-plan spaces. We have a long-standing team of educators and teachers, with the longest being with us for over 20 years.
We have kindergartens located in the below areas in Victoria.Please scroll down and request to enrol in your preferred service location. We prefer a face-to-face meeting with families and children rather than assigning people to a waiting list via telephone or email. We continually innovate and improve our curriculum by integrating the latest methods and concepts in early childhood education. Completed at the start of this year, the new centre was built to accommodate the many young families in the rapidly-growing Officer township. Our Four year old groups are learning Auslan with educator Catherine Berry, thanks to funding received from the Early Childhood Languages Program, Department of Education.

Our foyer features an area for recycling plastics and cardboard, promoting sustainability within our centre and community. We started sending our son here in late January and Maya has just been amazing with him. We were nervous first time parents sending our 7 month old to daycare but he’s thriving. Officer welcomed its brand-new childcare centre as Pakenham MP Emma Vulin officially opened Toun-nun Child and Family Centre. Ripponlea Kindergarten is committed to creating a Child Safe environment.

Pico Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten is a privately owned and operated long day and kindergarten located in the leafy surrounds of Pakenham. Immerse yourself into what a day at our service could look like for you and your family. When your child is feeling better with no symptoms for 24 hours, they’re welcome to return. Please keep your child home for at least 24 hours if they show any of these symptoms. Pakenham sits just above the national NQS Rating & the average rating of centres is «Meeting NQS». The Victorian Government acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of the land and acknowledges and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.

Your child will participate in learning musical skills and awareness, and be encouraged actively explore their own interests through singing and dance. Your child will learn about nature, sustainability and actions we can take to support the environment and healthy living. Inclusiveness and acceptance is at the core of what we do and we want all children to feel confident expressing themselves. We also provide children with learning opportunities through music, movement and dance. Both three-year-old kinder and four-year-old kinder is offered and led by a bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher.
Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles, including Inclusion Support, Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Sustainability Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager. My passion for early education stems from the opportunity to be creative, make a meaningful impact, and build strong community relationships. From creativity to critical thinking, our programs encourage children to explore, imagine, and grow confidently. Families can access up to 15 hours of free 3-year-old kinder per week through Victoria’s Best Start, Best Life reforms. To be eligible, your child must be three years of age by 30th April, in the year they will be attending a kindergarten program.

Hosting six spacious classrooms catering for children’s early education and care from 6 weeks to 6 years. These resources help reinforce learning themes, encourage parent involvement, and create meaningful opportunities for connection at home. If your child becomes unwell while at the centre, teachers will make them comfortable and ask you to pick them up. If you’re not available, they’ll call one of the other contacts listed on your enrolment form. At Inspire ELJ, we believe in teaching children the importance of caring for the environment. Our sustainability program incorporates gardening, recycling, and eco-friendly practices to instill a sense of responsibility and environmental awareness from a young age.
