Cerpen ini mengisahkan seorang pelajar bernama Aiman Aqil yang sangat meminati bidang penerokaan sains angkasa lepas. Cerita dimulakan dengan kisah Aiman yang berehat di rumah banglo keluarganya yang terletak di lereng bukit yang sudah tergondola akibat kerja-kerja penerokaan dan pembangunan tanah. Kemudian, cerita ini berkisarkan tentang peristiwa masa lalu yang ditempuhi oleh Aiman sepanjang perjalanan hidupnya. Aiman teringat kembali peristiwa Cikgu Faridah mengajarnya dan murid-murid sekelasnya yang lain berkaitan dengan Teori Graviiti yang dicetuskan oleh Isaac Newton dalam sesi pengajaran subjek Sains tersebut, berlaku perdebatan idea antara Aiman dengan Cikgu Faridah sehingga suasana di dalam kelas itu menjadi riuh. Cikgu Faridah menggelar Aiman sebagai professor disebabkan kepintarannya dan dia mempunyai daya berfikir yang tinggi serta matang berbanding dengan rakan-rakannya yang lain.
