3. School / Library Access for our members
– Dan will find out specific benefits offered by the Alumni Association.
4. Will the School arrange marketing person to help us out?
- Ed said if we work out the official application process and show actual data of total members that have joined FITIAA, they might think about helping us and providing marketing person.

6. How to join FITIAA?
-fill out an online membership application form
(Acacia will prepare it, Manny will do the coding; we’ll work with Dan and Allison regarding the details; “CC” Ed in emails about this)
-find out the benefits of joining the general Alumni Association; if benefits include library access, we’ll encourage everyone to join the general Alumni Association (pay $50) in order to join FITIAA
7. Lecture & How to build Website –
***If Dan’s friend is unavailable, Dan himself will be the guest speaker ^^
8. Drawathon (best result: 2 rooms, 3 models, from 7pm-next day 7pm.)
9. Businesscard
- design#1 chosen (need addition of Facebook/Twitter icons)
- to be printed by next Meeting ($40 provided by Ed already, for 500-1000 cards)
- $40 is now in Manny’s hand
10. E-Newsletter
Content: interview successful alumni member, announcements, featured artist, our new site/blog, online job listings, articles…etc
Format: well-designed, good layout, images, text
Frequency (once every quarter?): when we have necessary updates/happenings
Deadline of the 1st one: Febrary, 2012; (will present it during next meeting)
