Amanda Waller dialogue/ scenes - "we can make our own supers now, we just have to topple the ones currently on top."
"Luthor we can only join if you get past your obsession of superman. they will all be dealt with accordingly and will not need your approval." - team up to look for a power that can kill all supers, Waller will have lead but will need Luthors assistance, he is the one of the mortals that can walk with supers (gods). plan to take over the planet with the pentagon. fool citizens with media. after JL is killed, govt. demands all supers to turn themselves in or be trialed to death. batman is revealed to be Bruce Wayne. Luthor or (oo) will be assigned president while Amanda helps a certain few made up of generals, war strategist, media control executives, priests, bankers, and only a couple politicians as the minority. Waller with a better funded CADMUS starts creating an army of Kryptonian zombies with no faces all wired to follow orders, there no where near the original Supermans. The plan is to topple countries unless they surrender until they have total control of all land and resources. All people will be subjugated unless they can afford a "better lifestyle". the power gained by Waller and Luthor could topple anybody. all cowered if they confronted it. Amanda's whole goal is to reach the rank she will eventually reach.
