Jawab : Great White Shark adalah salah satu dari beberapa hiu terganas di dunia. Hiu ini dapat memiliki panjang hingga 26.2 kaki dan berat 5000 lbs. Hiu Great White adalah hiu terakhir dari jenis species, Carcharodon dan dapat ditemukan di dekat pantai di seluruh lautan.
5. Sebutkan ciri-ciri dari Megalodon Shark!
- Diperkirakan megalodon bisa tumbuh dari 15-20,3 meter dengan berat 80-100 ton ( jauh lebih besar daripada hiu paus, Rhinocodon typus. )
- Mangsa favorit megalodon adalah mamalia sperti Paus (termasuk paus sperma, paus balin, paus bungkuk), dugong, dan paus kecil, seperti Cethotherium.
- Keturunan dekat dengan hiu putih ( Charcharodon charcarichas. )
- Megalodon adalah spesies ikan hiu purba raksasa yang hidup sekitar 20 hingga 1,2 juta tahun lalu.
- Hewan ini kemungkinan termasuk jenis hiu perairan dalam yang jarang naik ke permukaan kecuali untuk mencari mangsa.
