I am contacting you today due to my extreme inconvenience I have had to face because of one of your products.
Roughly one month ago, I purchased the PaperMate InkJoy Gel Pens Medium Point, Blue Assorted, 3-Pack from Walmart as a part of my school supplies.
Taking an advanced high school course, I knew I had to be prepared to take profuse notes. So, I needed a pen that was comfortable, had quick drying-times, and was very smooth. As a result, I bough the pack of pens, expecting quite nice quality considering all the hype about it-not to disregard the price, too!
After about 15 days, I started to experience some trouble on my first pen. It was starting to get very gritty at the tip, and as a result had trouble getting the ink onto the paper. If I wrote 10 words, for example, the pen would only write approximately 7 1/2. And this would just be so, very frustrating because I would have to go over my notes all over again, and also made my notes appear very messy.
And so, I want either a refund from your company, or a replacement of my pack of pens. Maybe this particular package had pens that had this problem, and so I am willing to try again with your pens.
