Notes

I greeted the table. It was Mr. Michael and his other two guests and he informed me that they were clients of his and he was having a meeting with them.
I water and drop bread and continue my other duties, a little later on I water the table and
Mr. Michael tells me that his order came out wrong and he hasn't seen miguel. The food came out cold and he had asked for two extra butters and remolude sauce,
so I tell Jim and tell him about his complaint. I grab
the butters and sauce bring it back to the table. I wasn't able to locate miguel to inform him of the issues. He eats his lobster tail and he took one bite of his steak and
told me he was done with everything. I bring it the plate
back to the kitchen and tell Jim. Then he asks for blue berries and cream to go. I bring it out and he was ready for the check. I walk to the sever station and
tell Jim. I grabbed more bread for table 112, Miguel comes
to the table and tells me "Get away! Your ruining everything!" at the table. I dropped the bread on table 115, and walked out to back of the resturant and
take a min to gather my thoughts. I go back inside and
and continue taking care of my tables. Mr. Michael comes up to me by table 122 and tells me I was the only one who fixed everything. Its a reacurring issue we've had
if he pulled me to the side and told me, it would have been alot better.
