Основа:
Смесете 300 г бисквити + 125 г масло + 1 с.л. бял крем + 60 мл мляко.
Притиснете в форма и охладете.
Малинов слой:
250 г малини + 2–3 с.л. вода + 3 с.л. захар + ванилова захар → варете 5–10 мин.
Добавете 2 с.л. нишесте.
Охладете и разпределете върху основата.
Крем:
500 г маскарпоне + 400 г шамфъстъков крем → разбийте.
Добавете 300 мл сметана → разбийте до сгъстяване.
Добавете 1 крем фикс.
Нанесете върху малините. Охладете 1 час.
Глазура:
200 г бял шоколад + 80 мл гореща сметана → разбъркайте до гладък ганаш.
Излейте върху тортата.
Охлаждане:
През нощта в хладилника.
Украсете с малини и нарязани шамфъстъци.
