Como Módulo Pré-Contábil do Sistema Novo Core,
Quero consumir a fila de eventos do Novo Core e processar o evento enviado pelo Modulo do Accrual,
Para extrair e persistir os dados dos eventos contábes em base de dados, garantindo que as movimentações financeiras do Accrual sejam corretamente registradas.
