Great Service, quality goods and very honest business. They had my new galvanized trailer ready in under 24hrs, all extra’s fitted with care and well ahead of time for pickup. Needed a trailer in a hurry, other places didn’t even return my call.I called up the Mooloolaba office, had a great chat and picked up a trailer 45min later.
Only complaint would be cage door hard to close as bolt was not lined up correctly. But over all very good compared to most looked at. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the enclosed luggage trailer compartment to make most use of space.

I highly recommend Trailers Direct. I recently purchased a caged box trailer from Trailers Direct, and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Each team member I dealt with was very kind, helpful and patient with my questions. They were able to arrange registration there and then.
The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle. I still believe the best trailer around. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced.
