“SHAKE & SHAPE” 30-DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

Terms & Conditions

1. Entry and Eligibility

1.1 The “SHAKE & SHAPE” 30-DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE Campaign” will run from 21 September 2016 to 20 October 2016.

1.2 Registration for audition will start from 26 August 2016 to 1 September 2016.

1.3 To participate in the Campaign,
(a) The candidate must be of age 18 and not over 45 years of age as at 21 September 2016 and the “Buddy” be of age 18 as at 21 September 2016 .
(b) Both the candidate and the buddy must be distributors of Sahajidah Hai-O Marketing (“SHOM”) residing in Malaysia;
(c) The candidate must purchase at least 3 boxes of ShakeMe, please provide a valid invoice number in the registration for audition form.
(d) Only shortlisted candidates from the audition will get to proceed to complete the challenge.

1.4 Winners of the prizes will be announced on 24 December 2016 at our “Total Transformation Event” and published on SHOM’s Facebook and Instagram.


2. Criteria

Winners from different category will be awarded according to the following criteria.

Category: Candidates

2.1 Each candidate is required to follow the following instructions:
(a) Consume the right amount of ShakeMe per day.
(b) Candidates will need to make a declaration before starting the program and record their daily/weekly improvement on the social media platform.
(c) Candidates will be given 30 days topics and they need to create their social media contents according to the topics based on their creativity.
(d) Candidates are allowed to take other range of SHOM products.
(e) The “buddy” will need to monitor the candidate closely to make sure the candidate achieve optimum result.

Selection Criteria will be based on:
• Significant Physical Change:
(a) The candidate’s social media postings should show if he/she has lost weight or become fitter during the Campaign.
(b) SHOM will track his/her social media postings from 21 September 2016 till 20 October 2016;
(c) A minimum of four (4) photos must be posted on Instagram or Facebook throughout the Campaign to show his/her weight loss and body transformation (Examples, photos of the candidate drinking ShakeMe, eating healthy meals, engaging in sports activity or “before” and “after” photos can qualify);
(d) Instagram profiles must be set to “public” to enable SHOM to track and record the postings and progress; and
(e) Candidate must email to SHOM at [email protected] your Weight Loss Measurements from “before” (within the 1st week of the Program) and “after” (on or before 20 October 2016).


• Social Media Engagement:

(a) The candidate’s social media postings on Instagram or Facebook between 21 September 2016 to 20 October 2016 need to have
(i) Hashtags #ShakeMeWeightLoss
(ii) these Tags
@sahajidah.haiO for Instagram and @HaiOMarketingSdnBhd for Facebook.
(b) Getting the most social media engagements from his/her posts (such as number of likes, follows, shares and comments etc.).

2.2 Most Dedicated Buddy:

(a) Make sure his/her referral candidate completes the social media postings as specified in the criteria.
(b) Buddy needs to update the progress to SHOM by emailing the links of the social postings from the referral candidate every week together with the number of engagements.
(c ) Each Buddy can only have 1 referral candidate.


3. Winner Selection

3.1 There will be two rounds of selection:
(a.) Round 1 (30-Day Weight Loss Challenge)
(i.) Shortlisted contestants will undergo a 30-Day Weight Loss
Challenge.
(ii.) On 21st October 2016, all contestants are required to come to
SHOM’s HQ in Wawasan Hai-O, Klang, for a final measurement to
determine who will qualify for Round 2.

(b.) Round 2 (2 Months Makeover Program)
(i.) Contestants who qualify for Round 2 will undergo a 2-month
Makeover Program.
(ii.) This 2-month Makeover Program includes a 3D2N Boot Camp in
Klang Valley where contestants are required to attend in order to
qualify for the Finale on 24 December 2014 at our “Total
Transformation Event” that will take place in Majestic Hotel,
Kuala Lumpur.

3.2 Winners of the campaign will be announced during the “Total Transformation Event” on 24 December 2016 based on the highest weight loss and also fulfillment of the above criteria. If you are shortlisted as a winner, SHOM will require a Skype interview or personal interview with you to verify your postings and information, before selecting the winners.


4. Prizes
4.1 Subject to clause 5, the Grand Prize shall consist of:
(a) RM 5,000 cash to be paid as follows:
(i) 50% upfront; and
(ii) the remaining 50% upon satisfactory fulfilment of duties as ambassador of SHOM;
(b) A makeover, photoshoot and appearance on SHOM’s Bulletin (Futuristik & Hai-O Info), website and all of SHOM’s social media channels.
(c) Your award as the ambassador of SHOM for one year, and as ambassador you shall be entitled to the following benefits:
(i) 2 months customised diet, fitness and wellness plan from ShakeMe’s experts catered to your specific needs, with a personal dietitian to guide you on your daily plan;

4.2 The Buddy
Prize shall consist of:
(i) RM1000 cash; and
(ii) 3 Boxes of ShakeMe products.

All prizes are nonexchangeable and nontransferable.

5. Winner of Grand Prize

5.1 The winner of the Grand Prize shall carry out all duties of ambassadorship for SHOM for 1 year upon award, which include posting of at least 2 social media posts about ShakeMe per month, appearing on SHOM’s functions and events as and when informed by SHOM.
5.2 Should you reject being appointed as the ambassador of ShakeMe, SHOM reserves the right to renounce you as the winner and select an alternative winner at its discretion.

6. Assumption of Risks and Liabilities

6.1 You agree to participate at your own risk and assume all liabilities (including any health conditions that you may have) and accordingly SHOM disclaims all liability resulting from your participation in this Campaign.
6.2 By participating in this Campaign, you agree to hold SHOM and its employees harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, in connection with your participation in this Campaign.
7. Permission to Use Intellectual Property
You agree and consent to the unrestricted use by SHOM of your photos, videos, and materials submitted or posted in respect of the Campaign, for SHOM’s marketing purposes. You agree to grant SHOM rights in perpetuity for the use of your photos and any materials posted by you in the Campaign. You further
agree SHOM may duplicate, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use these photos and materials, or any portion of them, without limitation or restriction.

8. Personal Data
8.1 You acknowledge that SHOM needs to process your personal data from time to time. By participating in this Campaign, you expressly consent to the:
(a) processing of your personal data (such as your photos, name, I/C number, contact details, weight and body measurements) by SHOM for the purposes of the performance of these terms and conditions and for all other purposes that are necessary, incidental or related to this Campaign;
and
(b) the disclosure of your personal data by SHOM to third parties on social media or other marketing channels for the purposes of marketing.
8.2 The processing of your personal data shall also be subject to SHOM’s Data Policy, as published on SHOM’s website at http://www.hai-omarketing.com.my/

9. General.
9.1 No participant shall submit inaccurate, false or misleading information (including information in respect of body measurements) or use any artificial or inappropriate means of weight loss or alteration in body composition (including liposuction, weight loss surgery or any other similar procedures) in order to win the Campaign.
9.2 Any false, inaccurate or misleading information submitted by you shall be a breach of these terms warranting a disqualification of your participation in this Campaign. SHOM also reserves the right to disqualify any participant it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the Campaign or the
judging mechanism by any means.
9.3 SHOM reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign or any part of this Campaign for any reason.
9.4 SHOM shall not be responsible for any incomplete or late submissions or postings that do not meet the applicable deadline for any reason whatsoever.
9.5 The Company’s decision is final. No enquiries will be entertained. The Company reserves the right to revise any of the rules stipulated above.
