Deplasman ekibi Atl.Madrid ise ilk hafta mücadelesinde inanılması zor, mucizevi bir sona sahne olmuş karşılaşmada Alaves ile 1-1 berabere kaldı. Baştan sona üstün götürdüğü tamamen domine ettiği karşılaşmada tamı tamına 20 adet korner kullanan Atl.Madrid sayısız fırsattan yararlanamadı, onlarca posizyonu değerlendiremedi.
